Alden is a cloud-based AI work coach. You sign in with Apple so your account and work history can follow you across devices.
We store your daily records and the things you tick off on them, your messages, call transcripts while they are being processed, and the compact notes Alden keeps to remember your work. We also store your check-in schedule, timezone, language, and push tokens.
Your text and completed call transcripts are sent to AI providers only to provide the requested coaching, transcription, memory, and voice features. Live call audio travels directly between your device and the voice provider using a short-lived token. Alden does not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your canonical data remains on our servers until you delete your account in Settings. Account deletion erases the per-user database and push tokens. The app keeps a replaceable local cache that is cleared on sign-out or deletion.
